Amongst which Unmargi Bhagandara or Shalyaja Bhagandara is described. These types of fistula in ano develop due to a foreign body. There are few reported cases where in Fistula in ano developed due to foreign body lodged in perianal area such as an ingested (bone), a forgotten surgical material, etc. A 43 year male patient came with complaint of intermittent pus discharge and pain around anal verge since 1 year. On examination an external opening was seen at 1 o’clock position which was found connected radially to the internal opening at 1 o’clock. (Fig. 1) So, Fistulotomy and Ksharkarma (Cauterisation) was advised. During surgery two pieces of stones were found. (Fig 2, Fig 3).
